Leeds City got there season back on track with an emphatic victory over rivals East End Park.  Leeds looked like the team from pre-season once again and fromm the off looked dangerous. A great individual piece of skill from the returning striker Calem connolly nearly result in a first minute goal, his shot struck the upright.

Leeds controlled the opening five minutes and again Connolly was involved. Connolly burst on to a through ball from Matty Johnson and was bought down. Cameron cooly dispatched the penalty sending the keeper the wrong way. East End park bearly threatened in the first half although they hit the post after a mix up involving Ray and debutant goalkeeper Matt Sharpe. East End's forward missing the target and Leeds were let off.
